Obadiah Ministries: Equipping the prophetic community to fulfill their God-given purpose.

At Obadiah Ministries, our mission is to honor God's sovereignty, proclaim His truth, and support the ​prophetic voices He has called. Guided by the Holy Spirit and the leadership of Prophet René, we ​strive to create a safe haven for prophets and prophetic people, equipping them to fulfill their divine ​purpose and advance the Kingdom of God. Our ministry is committed to fostering a community ​where spiritual gifts are nurtured, and believers are empowered to walk in their God-given callings.

We believe in the following core tenets of our faith:

Salvation through Jesus Christ

- Jesus Christ died as our substitute to pay the penalty for our sins. "Behold, the Lamb of God, who ​takes away the sin of the world!" (John 1:29). "But God shows his love for us in that while we were still ​sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). "For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the ​unrighteous, that he might bring us to God" (1 Peter 3:18).

Resurrection of Jesus Christ

- Jesus Christ physically rose from the dead, conquering sin and death. "He is not here, for he has ​risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay" (Matthew 28:6). "But in fact Christ has been ​raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep" (1 Corinthians 15:20).

Ascension and Second Coming of Jesus Christ

- Jesus Christ physically ascended into heaven and will one day physically return. "And if I go and ​prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be ​also" (John 14:3). "This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as ​you saw him go into heaven" (Acts 1:11).

The Sovereignty of God

- We believe in the supreme authority and sovereignty of God over all creation. He is omnipotent, ​omniscient, and omnipresent, governing the universe with perfect wisdom and justice.

The Holy Scriptures

- We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, serving as the ultimate authority ​for our faith and conduct.

The Five-Fold Ministry

- We affirm that God continues to use apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to ​equip His people for works of service and to build up the body of Christ to His glory. "And he gave the ​apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work ​of ministry, for building up the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:11-12).

The Holy Spirit

- We believe in the active and powerful work of the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers to live ​holy lives, manifests spiritual gifts, and leads the church in truth and unity.

The Church

- We believe in the universal church, the body of Christ, composed of all true believers. The local ​church is a community of believers who gather for worship, teaching, fellowship, and the practice of ​spiritual gifts.

The Great Commission

- We are committed to the Great Commission, to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing ​them and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:19-20).
